After months of prototyping, testing, and failing the final concept for the product now named "Slope" has officially been launched on Kickstarter! It has been a long and stressful journey but the reward was definitely worth the headaches along the way. I couldn't be more proud of how things turned out. A huge thanks goes out to my neighbor and manufacture Dave Schott. Dave has had the pleasure of having to live across the street from me growing up. When I was a kid he was always having to loan me tools to fix my bikes or whatever I broke that day. Now he mostly deals with prototyping my strange projects and producing parts for me. (I really did get lucky to live across from a manufacturing expert.) I couldn't be more thankful to have the Schotts for neighbors. God bless them for dealing with myself and my neighborhood gang of hooligans all those years.
I couldn't be more happy with the way Slope turned out and I believe if I wasn't panicking to change things at the last minute it wouldn't have turned out as it did. I also wouldn't have had a prototype to shoot with if it wasn't for Dave and his magic water jet machines!
